Every PDF tool you need

Private by design, not by promise

Nothing is uploaded

Most online PDF services send your file to their servers. Here, the PDF is processed by code running in your browser tab, so it never travels over the internet.

Easy to verify

Open your browser’s developer tools and watch the Network tab while you work: the page only loads its own code and fonts — your document is never sent.

Built on proven open-source engines

Pages are rendered with Mozilla’s PDF.js and documents are written with pdf-lib — the same technology trusted by browsers and thousands of apps.

Questions and answers

Is everything really free?

Yes. There are no paid plans, no trials, no watermarks and no limits on files or pages. Because your device does the work, running the site costs very little.

How can a PDF editor work without uploading files?

Modern browsers can run complex software. The page downloads the PDF engine once; after that your file is read, changed and saved entirely in the browser’s memory.

Do I need to install anything or create an account?

No. Open a tool, choose a file and you’re done. It works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on computers, tablets and phones.

Is there a file size limit?

Only your device’s memory. Typical documents of tens or hundreds of pages work well; very large scans may be slow on older phones.

Can I edit the existing text of a PDF?

Yes. In Edit PDF, choose “Edit text” and click a line — it is covered and replaced with new text in a matching size and colour.
