Why use this tool
-
Real form fields
Fillable PDFs keep working: your answers are saved into the form fields, so others can still read or change them.
-
Flat forms too
No fields? Type text, tick marks and crosses anywhere on the page and line them up exactly.
-
Nothing leaves your device
Forms often contain personal data. Here they are filled in locally and never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know whether my PDF has fillable fields?
When you open the file, the editor tells you how many fillable fields it found and highlights them. If there are none, use Add text.
Can I lock the answers so nobody can change them?
Yes. After downloading, run the file through Flatten PDF to turn the fields into regular page content.
Are accented characters supported in form fields?
Yes. Field appearances are generated with an embedded Unicode font, so names like Dvořák or Łukasz display correctly.
